European Conferences was established in June 1997 by Sue Menzies to provide an experienced and professional event management service. The team at European Conferences has combined experience of over 25 years in the business.  We have been involved in the organisation of successful conferences, symposia, seminars, workshops, exhibitions, gala dinners, receptions and corporate entertainment at home and abroad.  We also manage group accommodation bookings for our events as required.

Our aim is to ensure that every project we are involved in is a total success, regardless of size or budget.  We can offer a free consultation service and proposal tailored specifically to your individual requirements.

Annual Major European Technology Event

European Conferences has enjoyed a long association with a major international event now in its 8th year which has increased from 800 delegates in its first year to over 1300 in 2004 (plus several thousand exhibition visitors).  Design, Automation and Test in Europe is an annual event which alternates between Paris and Munich.  As Conference Secretariat, European Conferences is involved in every aspect of the event from the preparation and print of the initial 'Call for Papers' right through to on-site registration desk management.  The event includes a multi-track technical Conference covering a full week with speakers' breakfasts, morning and afternoon delegate coffee, delegate lunch, two evening receptions and a gala dinner, as well as numerous satellite meetings and functions.

European conferences offer a tailor-made service designed specifically for
you.  No event is too large or too small to organise and we have a wealth of
experience in arranging a range of different events.  From a private dinner in The
Signet Library in Edinburgh to a large 1000+ conference and exhibition in Munich
or a workshop/seminar for 50-100 attendees to a 500 person reception on a Bateaux
Mouche on the Seine in Paris.

The choice of venue is a key component of any successful event.  We also offer
assistance with venue finding paying particular attention to your event size/style,
geographical and budgetary needs.

Accommodation

We are happy to assist you in the booking of accommodation at group rates in all
hotel categories.  We can provide a full service including the processing, payment
and confirmation of hotel bookings and liaison with hotels including rooming list
management.

Delegate Registration/On-Site Management
We can offer our services for on-site registration and manning the registration desk
for the duration of your event and assist with delegate bag packing and information
distribution.  Depending on the size of your event, we have a reliable team available
as back-up on larger events.
